Tom and Jerry Returns To GMA 7

I am sharing this Press Release from GMA 7 regarding Tom and Jerry. I know guys, I just love this animation that I’m so thrilled to share the good news with you all.

“Beginning this Monday, GMA Network livens up viewers’ mornings by bringing back the most popular and perhaps the longest-running rivalry in television history: Tom and Jerry.

The decades-old animated TV series, which was originally created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera in the 1940s, is about the never-ending clash between Tom, a house cat that enjoys the privilege of being a pampered pet and his arch nemesis Jerry, a cunning mouse that, despite its size, bears the wit and strength comparable to that of the spinach-feeding Popeye! Their enmity and the crazy antics they resort to, in order to outwit each other guarantee a fun-filled viewing experience for the audience.

Considered by TIME Magazine as “one of the greatest television shows of all time,” Tom and Jerry’s slapstick-style comedy has never gone out-of-date. In fact, it continues to capture the attention Continue reading

Addicted To Coco Girl

There’s this girly game on Facebook that’s keeping me busy – Coco Girl. It’s everything I’m looking for in a game, simply yet addictive. It’s basically about dressing up your virtual self and earning rubies along the way.

Coco Girl showcased the fashionista in me from saving my daily look to shopping and to attending tasks. For those playing the game, too, I know you enjoyed the shopping part, I did and loving it. I’m also addicted to the Carnival games, I use up all the 3 attempts even if at first try I’m also done, because it’s really fun.

Here are my fave look so far:

And my least favorite look:

Rescued From The Fight

My cat is now two weeks living with me, I got him from a friend. I’ve always wanted to own one as companion and my prayers must have been heard. I’ve named him as Michael David and he’s 7 months old. He’s an Exotic Shorthair, a cross between American Shorthair and Persian Cat.

When Michael first came, he was so shy but he seemed to have adjusted well. He’s very playful and manly in terms of meowing. He loves Whiskas better than Friskies, and adores his cat collar so much.

Anyways, what bothered me were his wounds, he’s got plenty of fresh wounds which I later found out caused by cat fights. Apparently, his previous owners allow him to stray therefore being bullied by street Continue reading

Letter To David Archuleta

That’s me handing out the letter to David! Thank heavens I did not faint!

I have been getting emails and tweets asking about what’s written in the letter I handed to David Archuleta at his press conference. So, I am sharing the transcript of the letter, posted with the permission of my Baby Fedoran:

January 11, 2012

David,

It’s been exactly 2 years, 7 months, 26 days since I last saw you in person. It was your concert last May 16, 2009 that made my dream come true. Sparks flew that moment when you came on that stage. Finally, I saw you. That was the happiest moment of my life.

I may not be your greatest fan, yet you and your music are my inspirations. I’m just like any ordinary girl, hoping that you’ll notice a simple fan like me. You gave me the reason to learn to play the guitar. Thanks David for helping me discover my talent. Thanks for the inspiration you continue to give me everyday.

I’ve been waiting for so long to ask you this question and I feel that this would be the only chance I will have. David, is there any chance Continue reading

New Year’s Resolution

It’s the 17th day of 2012 and things are going pretty well. Nope, I didn’t have any resolutions this years as I have the habit of always breaking it. But there are things I want to accomplish this year and here goes my list.

1. Have a new baby which I’m praying for so hard.
2. Move in our new home, which is happening real soon.
3. Stay healthy and try to minimize my smoking habit.
4. Travel and try new adventures.

David Archuleta’s First Acting Role at TV5

As opposed to bad luck associated with Friday the 13th, for me it turned out to be a lucky day, a really lucky day. I’m talking about meeting David Archuleta for the first time at his press conference for TV5 Manila’s newest mini-series, Nandito Ako.

This is David’s 4th visit to Manila and this time he’s staying for 3 weeks to shoot in Manila and Laguna. We all know that David is a singer and as preparation for his role as Josh, a singer as well, he did some acting workshops prior to flying in Manila. And speaking of flying, David confessed that he was listening to Nandito Ako all throughout his flight. Yes, he’s gonna be singing the mini-series’ theme and at the press con, he even sang the first few lines of Nandito Ako, upon our request.

During the press conference, I handed out a letter written by my daughter to David. Baby Fedoran, like me, are huge fans of David and since we never met him up close since his first visit, we just thought that a letter to show him how his music inspired Baby Fedoran would Continue reading
