[...] As a supporter of the Red Whistle campaign, I am so pleased to be part of this great advocacy by covering the event. Not only that I will be entertained and will get a chance to interview the band members, it will be a great opportunity to show everyone through my blog that I fully and continually support the campaign and firmly believe that someday we’ll be able to achieve our goal to #zeroHIVph.
@ liza - Yes dear, you can still get your Residence Certificate at your Barangay Office. You need not be a registered voter in your barangay, I was able to secure one, I just presented my bills as proof of billing to our Barangay Chairman. Though he told me to be still register. I guess, you can "sweet talk" them, like in my case. LOL.

@ Rach Ramos - Best wishes dear. From what I know, CENOMAR is valid within 6 months from the issuance date. Most likely, you need to secure another. :) With regard to your second question, it's best that you inform your solemnizing officer about your preferred date.

@ liza - First things first, you need to ask your fiance to secure a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage at the US Embassy prior to securing other requirements. They might have different set of requirements than Filipinos. Hope this helps. :)
