My question is do we have to go back from the very start to obtain the marriage license once again considering that he will just stay here for 2 weeks or shall we proceed to rtc and present our previous documents completed in 2010. You need not be a registered voter in your barangay, I was able to secure one, I just presented my bills as proof of billing to our Barangay Chairman. Though he told me to be still register.
